Refunds and Complaints

You are entitled to request a refund in the following situations:

– The service was not delivered as agreed
– The booking was cancelled by the organizer

To file a complaint, please email us at info@magic-fly-tours.hr within 48 hours of the scheduled service.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 7 business days after the complaint is accepted.
